Banana Chips
Keyword backpacking, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, lactose-free, no nuts, no shellfish, no tree nuts, vegan, vegetarian - 2 bananas or 3, just ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh pressed
Cut bananas into 3-4mm/1/8 inch slices.
Mix lemon juice with 1/4 cup water in a bowl.
Place banana slices on dehydrator tray.
Brush each slice from both sides with mix of lemon juice and water.
Dehydrate at 57C/135F for 6-10 hours.
Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
