- 2 bananas or 3, just ripe
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh pressed
- Cut bananas into 3-4mm/1/8 inch slices.
- Mix lemon juice with 1/4 cup water in a bowl.
- Place banana slices on dehydrator tray.
- Brush each slice from both sides with mix of lemon juice and water.
- Dehydrate at 57C/135F for 6-10 hours.
- Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
