  • 2 bananas or 3, just ripe
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh pressed


  • Cut bananas into 3-4mm/1/8 inch slices.
  • Mix lemon juice with 1/4 cup water in a bowl.
  • Place banana slices on dehydrator tray.
  • Brush each slice from both sides with mix of lemon juice and water.
  • Dehydrate at 57C/135F for 6-10 hours.
  • Store in an airtight container in a dark, dry place.
